Bacon Mac and Cheese
- 5 cups milk organic if possible
- 1 pound elbow macaroni organic if possible
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese organic if possible
- 1 pound bacon sliced and cooked
Cook the bacon in the oven in 450 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. When cooked cut into bite sized pieces and set aside.
In a large pot, bring the milk to a boil. Add the pasta and stir constantly until the pasta is cooked about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat then add the cheddar. Stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is evenly coated. Top with the cooked bacon.
